Return & Refund Policy (UAE)

At Zallaq Trading, your satisfaction is our priority. If for any reason you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a straightforward return process in line with UAE consumer protection guidelines.

Return Window

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition as received.

  • Original tags, seals, and packaging must be intact.

  • Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) is required.

📌 Please note: For hygiene and safety reasons, personal care products, perfumes, cosmetics, and intimate items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened.

How to Request a Return

To start a return, contact us at zallaqtrading@gmail.com with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.

  • Approved returns must be shipped to our designated UAE address (provided upon approval).

  • Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the product and place a new order once your return has been approved.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Please allow additional time depending on your bank or card issuer.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used personal care items (perfumes, deodorants, cosmetics)

  • Sale items and gift cards

  • Customized or special-order products
